Job Title: GCP Cloud Architect – AI & Networking

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled GCP Cloud Architect to design and implement secure, scalable, and compliant Google Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in GCP networking, Identity & Access Management (IAM), organizational policies, and modern AI platforms. This role focuses on designing GCP landing zones, private access patterns, and perimeters for enterprise-scale workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement GCP landing zones, networking, Shared VPCs, subnets, Cloud NAT, DNS, and Private Google Access.

Implement Private Service Connect (PSC) endpoints for Vertex AI, BigQuery, and other Google APIs.

Partner with Security teams on VPC Service Controls perimeters, encryption key (CMEK) projects, and compliance initiatives.

Document network architectures and patterns for hybrid/on-prem access via VPN/Interconnect and PSC.

Deliver private access patterns at scale for enterprise workloads.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for Org, Project, and Network factories.

Collaborate with AI teams on integrating modern AI platforms like Google Gemini, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI Agent Builder (ADK), and Model Armor.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in GCP architecture with deep expertise in networking, IAM, and org policies.

Hands-on experience with Shared VPC, PSC, Private Google Access, Cloud DNS, Cloud NAT.

Proven experience delivering secure private access patterns for enterprise workloads.

Familiarity with AI/ML platforms such as Google Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, Agent Builder (ADK), and Model Armor.

Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, BigQuery (GBQ).

Expertise in Terraform/IaC modules for GCP organizational and network setups.

Familiarity with VPC Service Controls configuration and dry-run enforcement.

Knowledge of hybrid-cloud networking and compliance frameworks.
