Senior Devops Engineer

Experience Required: 5 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

- Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud environments in AWS, GCP, and Azure.

- Implement security best practices, IAM policies, and networking configurations across

multi-cloud platforms.

- Monitor and optimize cloud costs.

Kubernetes & Containerization:

- Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).

- Implement Helm charts, Operators, and service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd.

- Automate Kubernetes deployments using GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).

Terraform & Infrastructure as Code:

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

- Manage cloud infrastructure provisioning and automation through Terraform modules.

- Optimize Terraform workflows and ensure best practices in state management.

CI/CD & Automation:

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or

Azure DevOps.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

- Implement Configuration Management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack.

Monitoring, Logging & Security:

- Set up monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.

- Centralize logging using ELK Stack, Loki, or Splunk.

- Implement security best practices for DevOps workflows (Secrets Management, SAST,

DAST).

Scripting & Development:

- Write automation scripts using Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell.

- Develop and optimize infrastructure-as-code templates.

Collaboration & Best Practices:

- Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to optimize deployments.

- Implement DevSecOps principles for secure development pipelines.

- Drive SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices for operational excellence.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering.

- Hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud platforms.

- Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) and container orchestration.

- Expert-level knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.

- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Strong scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Go.

- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.

- Solid knowledge of security best practices in DevOps.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in AWS (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer), GCP (Professional DevOps

Engineer), or Azure (Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).

- Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).

- Knowledge of service mesh tools (Istio, Linkerd).

- Experience with Kubernetes operators and Helm chart development.
