Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in end-to-end data migration and management projects using Syniti’s Advanced Data Migration & Management (ADMM) platform.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document data migration and data management requirements.
Configure and develop Syniti ADMM solutions, including:
- Data mapping, transformations, and validation rules.
- Workflow and process automation within the ADMM framework.
- Integration with source and target systems (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, non-SAP systems, etc.).
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance support for migration objects.
Collaborate with functional and business teams to resolve data-related issues.
Support cutover activities and post-go-live stabilization.
Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal teams.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM (Application/Advanced Data Migration & Management).
Knowledge of SAP data models (SAP S/4HANA, ECC – MM, SD, FI, CO, etc.).
Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, harmonization, and validation techniques.
Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration.
Good understanding of data governance and master data management (MDM) principles.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, HANA, SQL Server).
Experience with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) is an added advantage.
Ability to work in Agile / Waterfall project environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
Exposure to CPI, SLT, or other SAP integration tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for data migration.
Good problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
