Job Title: Software Engineer - 3 (PHP)
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Experience Required: 5–7 years
🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer (PHP, SE-3) who is passionate about modernizing legacy systems and building scalable, containerized applications. This is a high-impact role that involves migration projects, API development, and CI/CD pipeline design.
Key Responsibilities
Migrate legacy systems (PHP 5.3, CodeIgniter 1.7.2) to modern frameworks.
Build APIs, middleware, and service layers using Laravel 12 (BFF pattern).
Develop modern SPAs using React 19, TypeScript, Ant Design, and Vite.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins).
Ensure code quality via unit/integration testing (PHPUnit, Pest, Jest, Cypress).
Work with Dockerized environments for development and deployment.
Contribute to event-driven architectures using Kafka/Beanstalkd.
(Good to have) Knowledge of Golang (Gin framework) for microservices.
Mandatory Skills
